First off you're assuming I'm a top employee. Secondly, we're not allowed to spend our points in the Store. I'll just burn them on the degens here in some college hoops contest later this fall/winter.

It's good exercise for all ages and fitness levels. You can go at your own pace and knee problems are less likely than from jogging.

I get your general thrust but, as a daily bike rider, I have to say: there may have been a few select glorious riding days but overall it was a horrible summer for bike riding. So much fukking rain. I don't know if it was different in Ottawa than Toronto but around here, it was like every time I got on my bike it would start to fukking rain.

Most people here wasted their summers and for the most part stayed inside and just gambled. I guess just another wasted summer. When gambling keeps you inside and influences your decisions as whether to go out or not you have a gambling problem.

Mudcat, summer was pretty much the same over here except for a great three weeks in September, but at least you can wear shorts and short sleeves. Had to break out the long pants and jacket yesterday.

It is getting cool over here. Heater on in the car in the mornings and had the furnace on in the house today. It will only gradually get worse. I'm not one of those crazy winter cyclists, maybe Matt Rain is....
