Santo - ever since that ruling came into effect its legality has been questioned and criticised. I hope it will get changed but I will make no estimates to when that will be. Today Germany's position is still that gambling is dangerous to the people and therefore only state-owned companies are allowed to make money (and lots of it) with that. Make no sense at all logically but a lot of sense financially so Germany will cling to that as long as possible.
