Yeah, I hear you. At 68' x 24' thats a cost of about $21,446.00 per square foot.

Considering most of that square footage is lost after reaching orbit , thats a terrible investment. I'd put a third of it in a money market , buy myself a new BBQ and bury the rest in mason jars out in the yard.
