A freeplay balance is a balance given for wager purposes only and that amount can never be kept.
If you had a freeplay bonus of 220. And you went all in and won(220/200), your cash balance would be 200 and your freeplay balance would be 0. Theres a bunch of different types of freeplays but thats the standard.Comment -

I tried to cash out at BetPhoenix (I also placed in the last tourney) but they told me I hadn't rolled over my balance enough. I started with $37 and I had $100 when I tried to cash out. They sent me an email and said I had to roll the total over a few times more then I could cash out the total amount of dollars I had in the account.
