    If you miss getting a bet in....
    For whatever reason - quite common with 2H betting, but can also easily happen with last minute betting due to bad internet connection, electrical issue, your own negligence, your wife/GF yapping in your ear....do you actually "root" for the side you wanted to bet on to lose? Or do you root for it to win anyway?

    And be honest...

          There needs to be an option C. It's important to treat the game as if the original idea of placing a bet on the game never occurred.

              i always root for it to lose. b./c that is money that i shuold have won. but if it wins, at least i know i was thinking straight

                  Interesting thread. There are also times when you click the wrong side on a game and notice in time, and find that the side you accidentally clicked won, and had you submitted the wager before realizing your mistake you would have cashed.

                                      Unless its a team I want to win because I support them or have some emotional connection with them I root for them to lose.

                                          Why would anyone root for it to lose? I dont get it. You want to be wrong? I probably would not "root" either way but would be much happier to find out I made the right call than the wrong call.

                                              I've accidentally bet the right side before when I was gonna pick the wrong. Tons of people here should fade their picks in order to profit.
