          Good way to hurt yourself. Why isn't the guy wearing a belt?

          I've done limited stuff with free weights (when I wasn't lazy like now)...never anything fancy like that.

                    dawg, they are a man's exercise. Not for the faint of heart. Coach could do 10 per side with a 225 lb loaded barbell.

                        Buzzy, these workout threads are inspiring me to get in shape. When (hopefully not if) that happens, will dust off the heavy bag in the basement and show you guys fury.
