He's scared. It's like he is so affraid of losing he can't win. Ever since the bobbled snap against the Eagles he has never been right. Success and hype came too early and didn't build enough character to develope into a winner. He'll win some games here and there but he will never be a top level quarterback and the Cowboys will never win a championship with him under center. Jones though is just too stubburn or stupid to make something change.
