Am I the first poster to ever attempt a withdraw with this place? So I won $56 from BTP and turned it into $253. Figure get out of there while I can. I call in and the guy answers "Hello?", "um yes hi is this looselines?", "Yes it is"...Seems kind of unprofessional to greet customers like that, but oh well. He transfers me to customer service. I tell the lady I want to withdrawals all the funds. Before even asking what kind of payout option I want, she says "thats gonna run you about fifty bucks"...Im like "ok, thats sounds pretty outrageous , is that for ** or moneygram?" "OH you'll save about three buck with **, please call back in 2 hours for confirmation code"...I gotta say these people are making betjam look really good. Anyone else have any other experiences with this place? I will update when I receive the funds.

#6Yeah i knew they had ridiculous fees and poor service so I decided to try to either run my winnings high up enough to make it worth it to deal with them or else lose it all. I lost it all.
Good luck with this BlittyComment -

#11So far they are the 6th online book I have dealt with - and by far the worst layout for navigating and reading lines , making bets, etc. I am playing around with the $ I won in BTP trying to get to know them and decide if will continue to use them. So far, I'd say no way.
The withdraw fee you mention is a real negative. And from what I see, they don't do book2book (correct if I am not remembering correctly) . That alone would keep me away.
This may seem minor to some, but to me it's a negative because it reeks of unprofessionalism. From the few bets i've made , it looks like they don't bother with cents. They are the first book I've used that does this. This is the computer era. What is so hard about being accurate? A 20$ bet at -130 is really -133.3 due to rounding. To their credit, I don't think they are skimming all those cents by rounding. Another amount at other odds, from what I observed, gets the rounding in your favor.
I appreciate that they sponsored the contest. It is a way to get us to try them. Their job now is to keep some of us there.Comment -

#14I was waiting for this thread...
I got like $90 on Looselines for kicking the pricks ass.. so i bet 70 on the Marlins and they choked like they usually do.. with the 20 i had left i did a 3 team parlay and won so then I had 150. After a bunch of "word for word" winners i was up to $700 after 2 days..
I called to withdrawal some cash.. Had $350 in pending plays, so asked them to cash out the remaining $350 via moneygram or western union. They said the fees were $42 or $47 to make a withdrawal but they couldnt do it that day because they sent out too much already..(This is where i start getting suspiscous) Thought they were just trying to make me keep the money in longer hoping I'd lose it. I didnt mind because I'm the King and I pick winners.. (It's documented)
So, that night i won $700 more.. Now i have about $1400
Called with the intention of cashing out half, and picking winners with the other half. I ask them to withdrawal $700 early the next day (dont want them to tell me they sent out too much already) They say they can only send me $500 via western union, but the fee's are now like $60..(this time its a lady, i tell her the guy said the fee's were like $40 something.. she says "who told you that?" like i work there and know the guy.. she knew who he was.. just playing dumb) So now I just want to get it all out.. getting a bad vibe from the tone in their voices and fluctuating withdrawal fee's..
I call back and tell them I want the rest out on Monday.(today) They say the charge will be $80 this time. I guess moneygram is more. I ask why so much and they FINALLY explain that the fee's go up with the amount you withdrawal..
So I'm on my way to get the $700.. hope they dont read this and put a stop on my payment..
The fee's might be steep, but atleast it looks like they payout same day (if you call early enough) which is better than places like WSEX which charge $50 for express mail and it still takes 40 fukking days.
All in all I cant complain... Thanks to SBR and Looselines (work on the CS)Comment -

#27So...I got paid yesterday but it was a hassle. The lady at the moneygtam store said the confirmation number wasn't valid at first, so I had to CS at LL and then I handed the phone to clerk so they can speak spanish to each other. After a half hour ordeal I finally got paid. The fees are the dealbreaker to continue use with that out.Comment -

I remember when I finally got paid some of my $$$ with them. They ****ed up and only wired me a portion. Then they tried to tell me that they would charge me a fee to re-wire the funds to me. I told them to go to hell and pay me. Eventually they wired the additional funds to me at no charge, but it was like pulling teeth. They hate losing money period. If your up on this book expect to have to fight and bitch to get your money. I hate books like that.
If I win stfu and pay me.Comment -
