I took the under. Romo will play conservatively and the Cowboys are missing the best RB Barber. Both teams had one more day to prepare. The Carolina defense is not bad. They shut down Atlanta and Philadelphia in the second halfs of their games. As long as they don't give points to the other teams from turnovers (since both defenses suck they won't cause turnovers) the game should be under.

I see a 23-21 Dallas win.
