Right way to play Wong's

Ok todays wongs generally come through, what is the right way to play the wong teasers. I still have a couple going into tomorrow with Dallas.

The wongables are:

Tennesee +8 Win
Phil - 1 1/2 Win
Seattle +8.5 Win
Oakland +8 Loss
Dallas - 2 1/2 ????

So today we had 3 wins and 1 loss, how do we do this to make some money? I guess I should have done 2 game teasers using all combinations instead of 3 and 4 gamers.....
