    Best Las Vegas Sports Books
I just got back from Las Vegas on Sunday. I was there for a tennis tournament. I stayed at the Mirage but they did not offer action on the tourney. The Hilton was the only sports book taking action on the tourney. This was my first trip to Vegas in several years. I was not betting on sports the last time I was there. Just curious what you guys thought were the best sports books in Vegas.

For action, Hilton is definately the best for the above choices. Most of the others don't even offer 1st or 2nd half bets on most college BB games. They take higher limits also. I'd say all the Stations sportsbooks are better than the Hilton though for action. For atmosphere I'd vote for the MGM Grand.

the best book is the one with the best line on the game ur betting

for atomsphere on a weekday the lag, wynn or the venetian (free drinks) are the best

off the strip red rock station has the best aesthetic look of any book so far

for weekends and big sporting events the best book to watch a game at is my house for ur room. no need to have to find a seat, then find a drink, god forbid ur vying for a refill with all the other slobs. thats no fun for me. too many people. not enuff seats, service. and i dont have to listen to retards who dont bet on sports for a living.

the hilton is great for betting but is a retirement home waiting to happen. bet and leave.

I cannot agree more Venetian is where I stay, gamble, bet, and eat. Sometimes there tables can get a bit crowded but still worth the money to stay there. Free drinks alone for the sportsbook is worth it, on top of that they are not affraid to comp meals and rooms.

          Hilton.

They seem to have money lines for everything. Most books out here chicken out on NBA money lines when the spread is 12 or more. They do need to upgrade their cocktail waitresses.

I havent been to the MGM Grand or others much. Stations I visit regularly, mostly Sunset Station. Also at Sams Town quite a bit. I dont get much time to kick it at the books, because I have a 4 year old boy. Plus you cant beat my HDTV at home.

So I usually bet and leave most of the time.
