I can see it going either way. Poker may be exempt soon. CRIS and SIA poker rooms are down for US players but they should be up again soon. You can play tourneys at CRIS now but not ring games

#3It will never be exempt. I think those stories are a bunch of nonsense. It still would be millions of dollars heading to offshore sites if they got an exemption.
