What makes you believe PSU is better than Iowa.........seriously??

Iowa has a seven game winning streak(with victories over South Carolina and PENN ST)..........they have more quality starters back this year than PSU and better freshman playing..............Iowa probably deserves to be ranked ahead of PSU.

Iowa has also defeated PSU 6 of the last 7 times.

Right now, there is DEFINETLY no more overrated team than PSU.........and Iowa is slightly underrated(at #34).

I will take your words into consideration. As I pointed out, the points margins between which team I lean towards is not that significant but I can't see Iowa winning outright. Both sides have sustained some significant injuries. I see Iowa's defense as extremely formidible but Penn St.'s running game seems to be coming alive.
