IPhone picture messaging update available

Plug ur phone into computer, click "check for update" and it will do a 10 second update (assuming ur on the latest firmware). Once updated just restart ur phone and u have picture messaging.

Am I able to go to photo album select a pic and send MMS?

Yes duece, if u open the picture and hit the bottom left corner (looks like an arrow shooting out of a box) then a menu will pop up and mms will be a option. Did u restart ur phone?
