JJ this would be a classic video. take your time and do not rush it. I called matchy myself and their phone line is working. i asked him to find out if any of my offers were matched for today's games and he said he could not find that out b/c the system is down.

The problem is they do not understand great English, it might be hard.

This is a BS response. I would call back and make sure that all offers (whether matched or not) from the last 5 hours (or however long it's been) are being cancelled...
