2 things disburb me about this case.

    1. How can you run the dquivalent to a casino game and not record the results?

    2. How safe is a book who uses "we have the right to revoke wagers where gambling is illegal" when a dispute occurs however knowingly allows these players to sign up, wager, and more often than not lose.

I think if you proof read the rules..9 out of 10 sportsbooks have this rule or something similar..they just hardly ever enforce it because they prefer to not cheat customers or word gets out and they lose clientele

      once in a while.when its convenient..presto!

Every book has stupid rules like that.

This is classic bookmaker/dsi incompetence. "Our records indicate your problem has been resolved" Really? I don't think so.

I think it's an auto email they send to every inquiry, because I always get it, and my problem is rarely resolved at that point.

couple weeks ago i was either putting money in another book or betdsi. i ended up going elsewhere. glad i did. the reason given is just ridiculous. i'm glad i don't play at this 'A' book. wait that's 'A+'. they don't know the outcome of the race--they can refuse any bet because it's prohibit in that country. if the decision was made by 1 person -he should be fired. no matter how this turns out - it's enough for me to never play there.

If its an auto e-mail. They should at least use proper grammar.

I honestly will not let this incident keep me from playing there. I enjoy the sports book and some of the best parlay options outside of 5 Dimes.

I may think twice when it comes to that casino click of the slots spin or roll of the dice.

We do it for the action. We all know online casinos will not let you win more often then not. We just hope we are that one guy that does.

We hear a case like this. And just think to ourselves "I hope that shit dont ever happen to me, but it can"..But I will keep playing there..they are in my top 4-5 books..for now.

                                Good job, Josh.

Congrats, charitableman. You handled this really well. A dispute this ridiculous would have had many new posters raving and going completely over the top. Now stay away from those casino games and welcome to the forum.

So what happened? What are they sorry for? How do things like this happen and what if this player didn't have SBR as an advocate? Is this an isolated incident? How many people wagered on that race (1 in the whole World?)

Congrats, Charitableman! Lost a lot of respect for DSI for the run-around they gave you, but at least SBR forced them to do the right thing. But let this be a lesson--stay away from their casino and virtual races.
