It's weird but I'm not addicted to gambling yet but I'm to the SBR forum! Hopefully it stops there! Wile, do you have a regular job or gambling is all you have?

Monkey I am small time which is why it is not good for me to lose 7k, 70% of my bankroll was gone.

I have a job thank goodness and I wrote the 10k off when I put it aside for gambling. So it doesn't necessarily sting as bad when I lose. I'm not counting on the money at all. However I still wish I was more careful with it.

OK, 3K still there which is good news! No expert here, but NOTHING you do can change what has happened! Am I pissed that whole night after a loss, curse words galore (especially after Miami game Monday) but by the next day it is forgotten!

Small time and losing 7K IMO means your even betting on if it's cloudy or sunny when you wake up? Small time so not betting too much per game? Or are you? Maybe follow some good cappers here that agree with the games you like! This helped me out last year in the NFL after my beginners luck hot streak ended!

If you can't get the 7K out of your head, IMO you won't be able to think straight and focus on the job at hand! To be writing about this means this has gotten to you! You might want to squirrel away the 3K for a time down the road when you want to resume wagering? Bottom line, good news is you still have the 3K of the 10K you allocated for gambling and you have a job! Good luck Wile and think glass half full!
