Some would call it taking a shot. Several years ago the OLG (provincial government lottery) screwed up on their Italian serie A soccer, had 4 games with the odds inverted. (ie. big favourites became big dogs, big dogs became big favourites).....as Proline requires minimum 3-teamers, I played many tickets using 3 of 4 rotation. They eventually found out and pulled the games off the board, but I was out early in the morning running tickets, so mine went through. Had stayed up all night filling out tickets and waiting for the lottery terminals to open (6 AM), as they posted these odds on their site at midnight.

Three of the four favourites won. Big dog odds for powerhouses Juventus, Inter Milan, AC Milan, think the other team was Roma.

They honoured my tickets. It's government run, the OLG is a multi-billion dollar company, they screwed up and prolly just shrugged their shoulders, paid up, and fired whoever put the digits in the wrong position.

i dont know much about basketball but remember from college ball that the underdog usually plays hard at the start and then gets whomped.
this bet was on a big underdog(the spread was +37.5 pregame) I was looking at the game and what i could bet on and decided to try out the underdog race to 20 points 1st quarter paying +10000 . I probably just got lucky. I dont even know why I placed the wager, just glad i did.
