Where does he rank among NFL quarterbacks?

Personally I view him as a top 5 quarterback, behind Brady, Peyton Manning, Drew Brees and Roethlisberger. Of course I'm a Chargers fanatic, so I'm trying to get an opinion from fans of other teams. Oh and even if you can't stand his fiery (some mind find obnoxious) attitude that's not what I'm asking about, and by the way I like the emotion he shows.
