Good idea but I would add that the minimum to cash for sportsbook $$$$ would be $100. This way it would it cut the amount of times the books are asked to add funds so that they don't get pissed off with all the small requests.

Why don't Costa Rican books just create banks attached to their company? Just call reloads deposits, and then make the clients go through a step to transfer the funds from their "savings" account to their sister corporation's "wagering" account. It would make things a lot easier for us Americans.
