My withdraw was sent on Mar 22th as Bank wire, and today it is the 10 business days. I still havent receive my withdraw and I went to ask the cs
here is the response:
Mark Hill: It has come to our attention that some bank wire withdrawals are taking more than 10 business days to arrive in customers' bank accounts.
The Withdrawals Department is working with our bank to have all these transactions credited as quickly as possible. The funds should appear in your bank account soon.
We sincerely apologize for the delay and thank you for your continued patience.

Hi all, just found this site (and in particular, this thread) by Googling "sportsbook.com withdrawal delay". It sounds like I'm in the same boat as a lot of you, here's my scenario. I know it's redundant, but I figure it's worthwhile to mention:
- Made a withdrawal on Monday, March 19th in the amount of $2,926.15, received e-mail confirmation from webmaster@efsplayerservices.com...
- Got an e-mail two days later, on the 21st from support@sportsbook.com suggesting that "I might like to know" that my withdrawal was "processed and sent" to my bank via wire, which was the method I requested. The time given was 5 to 7 business days
- 5 days go by, then 7, which brings us to Monday of this week, when I sent an e-mail and talked on live chat a few times. Here's the most recent chat:
You: Hi Ahmed
You: I am writing to inquire about my most recent withdrawal
You: my customer # is xxxxxxxxxx
Ahmed Jones: Please bear with me while I look up your account details...
You: thank you
Ahmed Jones: 2,926.15 sent March 19. This should reach your account this week.
You: yes, that's what they keep telling me, first it was 5 days, then it was last friday, then this monday, then "by 4/4/07 definitely"
You: you guys keep putting it off, when will it get there and why has it taken so long?
Ahmed Jones: We have heard from some customers that their bank rejected the deposit because they did not recognize the bank it came from. Please contact your bank to confirm this is not what happened.
You: well, if it rejects the deposit wouldn't it just come back to you guys?
You: You should be able to see if that has happened
Ahmed Jones: Please contact your bank in relation to this.
You: yes, but the money just doesn't disappear, you should be able to check and see that the money came back if my bank rejected it
Ahmed Jones: We can, but I would have to send a request to accounts, and they would have to contact the processor. It is quicker for you to contact your bank to see if this is the case.
- Ok, so that was yesterday, today I contacted my bank, and they said a wire never was received or rejected. It's a US bank, and I've never had issues with withdrawals between 1k and 3k before.

That is quite interesting that this dude was a fake if in fact that is true... This would certainly be a dream thread for anyone wanting to **** with people... If I didn't like some of you guys I would for sure play like I was waiting on a payout and they told me they aren't going to pay me for two months or whatever I could come up with to freak you guys out... Man how easy would that be.. Some of you would probably cry right online with one of those expression things.. hahahaha It would only take one person too... Ten can get paid but it would only take one...

My buddy who told me about sportsbook.com told me in january he was receiving checks from withdrawals in 2-4 business days, but he has not used the site since that month. I had to call this dude up just cause i started freaking out about what i read on this forum. I also told him to call anyone he knows that uses this site to see if that have been able to complete withdrawals. Thousands of people use sportsbook.com, they get thousands of bets every minute.
WHO IS GETTING THEIR MONEY?!?!?! PEOPLE HAVE TO BE!! THERE ARE WAY TO MANY PEOPLE USING THEIR SITE AND NOT ENOUGH PEOPLE HERE WHO HAVEN'T GOT PAID. Something is definately going on with sportsbook.com. processors are the most logical (other then blatently stealing our money), but they're also a great excuse when your trying to bullshit someone and take their money. all we can do is wait. These assholes are going home everday enjoying life (probably), the owners probably have fat pockets.. and here we are sweating it out just to get our rightly deserved cash, just like they rightly deserve to keep our money when we lose a bet. sportsbook.com is a piece of shit
the only reason i picked sportsbook.com is that they accept credit cards. i figured it is a nice way to win some money and earn some airline miles at the same time. but i am regretting it now. they're dicks with forms...i remmeber when i opened my account i had to fax or email them bunch of forms...it was such a hassle. now i am encountering the same problem as you guys. i request the check early march...couple of weeks before the tournament. they first told me that they sent out hte check. i even got a confirmation email too. i call them everyday asking them the fedex tracking number, they keep telling me that they're "processing" the checks. then two weeks later they told me they're putting back the money to my account and resending them through bank wire. that was three weeks ago. i am still waiting for my bank wire like all of you guys. tomorrow is the 10th business day. i hope i'll get it then. once i get my money, i'll move it to bodog.com since it got a pretty good rating. i have no idea until now that sportsbook.com is ranked D+
what a piece of shit website, their line managers are bunch of crooks. don't get me started with thos assholes. everytime i requested a limit increase on a bet, they always refused...and those bets turned out to be winners. and the ones that they accept turned out to be losers....just my luck. if those assholes let me bet, i would be up couple more grand. once i get my money...more precisely, if i get my money, i'll go to a site that is rated A or above.

I just chargebacked the other day on two credit cards- Citi and Chase. They have credited me with temporary credit and after I mail in some forms, they will investigate. In my opinion, since I'm not trying to jew out the Sportsbooks, Sportsbook will realize they have nothing to lose but a customer and won't fight it (especially since they have my money still pending). But if it was obvious that I laid down a big bet and lost all my money, I'm sure they can easily prove it and you will get owned.
Anyone with experience know anything about this kind of stuff? I don't want my profits at this point, just want my initial deposit and bounce. What exactly is "collections"? Need insight, thanks in advance.Comment -

I'm sure there are some morons on here who use the word just like you, but I would hope in the year 2007 you could keep your bigotry a little more under wraps. You do realize that if you pay off your balance, you can't **********, right? So say, in 120 days, I want to keep my credit in good standing and pay off my statements, I won't be able to ********** if I've already paid that charge. Ralph, I have to chime in on your going away message. It is very likely that many of us are going to get stiffed and never see a penny from sb.com. My donation is $ 4250.00 which is alot of money to me. I wont say that I cant afford to lose it because at the very moment I ran my credit card thru I knew there was a chance and most likely a very good chance that I would loose. The thing that really sucks is this time I exercised good judgement and walked up to the cashier window with my chips in my sweaty palm only to be told that my chips are no longer being accepted. But I am past that. It is sad but this is exactly the kind of thing that needed to happen for me to loose interest in this disabilitating disease. I can't change what has happened in the past, but you and I and everyone else has a choice about our future. For those of you that wish I would shut the hell up and go away... I have an idea of how you can use the withdrawl delay to your advantage. Well the reason most people gamble is because they are addicted to the rush they get between the time they place the bet and when they find out if they won or not. Some people like it quick like those that be on dog races (approx 30 seconds) if you have the right dog. And some people are quite a bit more patient (like those of you that have wagered on who will win next years Superbowl). Anyway, my point is WE ALL STILL IN ACTION UNTIL WE GET PAID OR WE FIND OUT DEFINETELY THE MONEY IS NOT COMING. We may win and get paid or we may get stiffed and loose. I am waiting on a wire that was sent March 23rd, and I will be filing a dispute with my credit card Monday evening if the money is not in my account. Below is the US gambling law, to me it sounds like the banks are liable to some extent. I have been using my Citi Card to deposit money, and will give an update Monday evening as to what I said, and what they said. However, the banks and others have been lobbying to remove such language from this law that would hold financial institutions liable. Legislators have admitted that the wording in this law needs to be studied over the next several months. c'mon guys it ain't over just yet, if it was only sportsbook having this problem then it would seem like we're getting f'd for sure, but it seems most of these sites are having these issues, sportsbooks size is probably making it much more challenging to just pick up where they left off with another processor, incompetence aside... over a dozen on this forum have received payment, so they are trying.
