haven't posted in a while... just wondering what they payout wait is from sportsbook.com i took out all my money back in march and waited almost 2 months... they do have some tempting bonuses for football season and wanted to see if they've fixed their issues... any advice would be great!

For me- on a sister site it's closer to 4-6.

But I am seeing a stream of steady emails now of processed payments usually 1 or 2 a day

I would think twice about depositing money back into sportsbook.com ( or any of their other related sportsbooks) until their issues are resolved with payment processing.

What is the point in dealing with them if they are unable to pay you out on a timely basis. As mention earlier, I have been waiting over 6 weeks for a supposed ACH withdrawal. All I get are apologies and no funds from sportsbook.

My next which was 4 days later - processed is Fed Ex

I received a tracking number Monday.
However it's been sitting - "Data Transferred" since Saturday.

Will that actually track once it's shipped?

Just received a $2K check via Fed Ex. I requested the withdrawal on July 24th, so that is just over 2 weeks which isn't bad. Looks like things might be returning to somewhat tolerable.

p.s. it was an american bank check this time

Bum check from Beirut, Lebonon from Sportsbook.com

It was over 2 months since i requested a withdrawl...then they send me check drawn on a bank in Beirut, Lebonon...when i tried to cash it...the collections at the bank said the check was worth on $1.35 U.S. for a $2000 check. anyways, sportsbook.com claims it was a legit bank, but said they would cancel the check and reissue another one...i am waiting to see what happens. they always seem to have someone answer their live chats and phone...and emails...so it seems they are telling truth, but i have no cash yet...but, i've been with them a long time and had no problems...so, don't know why they'd try to screw their players now...

The saga just gets better and better. So still no cash from my 6/18 withdrawl but they promise a new check is otw.

Then yesterday I placed a 2 team parlay on Yankees and Astros. I log in this morning to see the wager hos not been graded. I go to pending wagers and nothing will come up. I try for the last 5 and 10 days nothing. I try last 30 days and nothing at all for pending or processed. So I know there is an issue and contact support. At first he says there is nothing. Then he says I found a wager from yesterday and you lost you had Yankees and Blue Jays. No chance in hell. And why all of a sudden all my wagers are gone from history. SOMETHING SMELLS

My last 2 were hap hazard.

One from July 2nd - 1 from the 23rd.

They cleared no problem - the last emails I received have now been going in order - July 3rd, 4th etc.

They seem a little behind but are getting them done.

Knowing this I know for a fact it will be an American check and will be here either today or tomorrow. Every time I have processed a withdraw I have called the processor and confirmed with them. Generally the date it was processed I received the check within 5-7 days of it being mailed. Also every time it was an American check as well. I will let you guys know if I get it today or tomorrow.

Here is the timeline of my withdraw process from Sportsbook.com

Monday, August 6th: At about 5:30pm I requested a 2200 withdraw to be processed and sent via Fedex. Keep in mind this request probably wasn't received or even looked at until Tuesday morning since it was pretty late Monday when I made the request.

Thursday, August 9th: Received email from Sportsbook.com around 10:30am stating my withdraw had been processed and was being sent via FedEx.

Tuesday, August 14th: Called and confirmed with processor the check was issued and mailed. Also the correct amount was confirmed and the correct address was on the label as well.

If I get the check today or tomorrow I must admit that is a pretty good turn around from what we have been seeing. My last two checks were here around the 12th - 14th day once I requested it. Looks like they are trying to get back into their normal time frame of 7-10 days. I can deal with that. Again will let you guys know when I get the check.

However, rest assured that we are working extremely hard to form several partnerships with different processors so should we suffer loss of one of them we still have other options available.

Lastly, here is the closing statement. So obviously the reps know something, even though this is my first time speaking to one regarding this issue. I will keep you all posted on how it works out, if I don't lose all of my money hah, would like to make 3,000 +, but we will see how it all works out. Sportsbook.com has great customer service, just be a little patient and I believe everyone will receive their funds.

2. Processed Aug 9th(2 days after with.) via Fedex GOT IT TODAY!! in case you guys are wondering it is an US bank check

i like Fedex a whole lot more now than DHL. I really have no idea whats going on with that 1st one its been under "Shipment Acknowledged." since Aug 4th when will it finally ship...

You should take a look back at all the post since Jan. So many people have been lied to by CS reps. If there so good, why is "the Sportsbook.com delay payments" been one of the longest threads in the history of threads. There rating has been dropping, and has stayed at a D+. I waited over 2months for my first withdrawth. I was told 10 different stories everytime I contacted them via live chat, or phone. I have been told
-they have processor problems
-my check has been shipped, after three weeks, and still nothing arrive 5 weeks after original date
-gave me wrong tracking #
-sent DHL, but gave me a Fedex tracking#
-sent Fedex and gave me a DHL tracking #
-ask me why I'm taking my money out, "your going to play again" that was the best one hahaha
What are the CS reps job? There are here to help, and smooth things with customers when there is a problem. They have to say, and do whatever to make the customers happy. Lying is part of it.
Maybe it's getting better since the begining of the year, since football started. Just make sure you watch yourself after the Superbowl. It could be back to "the good old days" waiting months for a withdrawl. that just my 2 cent
