#6Read the rules. Most books have clear rules that state what happens.
In most books, bets are void if the at least the first set isn't finished.Comment -

#7I have never seen a 2-sided player-dependant bet that wasn't void if the player didn't play. If it is 1-sided (you can bet on a guy but not against him) then it is often All Bets Action. But not many books are going to risk booking a bet with a win % of 100 if someone finds out a player isn't going to play.Comment -
