Im 6'3, 230 pound and trained in wushu street combat, meaning id back myself against almost any guy who crossed my path. Im kinda ashamed to admit this but back in my younger days (note: pussywhipped) i was in a r'ship with a lady that was at best 'tempremental'. I mean this bitch had a nice left hook that i was unready for on a couple of occasions....I backed her into a wall to restrain her, never hit her though....If she ever does hit you unwarrantedly then find what she holds dearest to her character and heart and destroy it before walking out that door never to turn back. no matter how hot she is 
Point being if a lady ever hits you for no reason then (a) stay cool and never hit her (unless she has a knife etc and someones life is in danger) and (b) find what she loves and endears the most and go after it relentlessly until its no more..
