That is the number 1 rule that should be removed from sports, you've got a game winning/losing situation that nobody knows if its to win the game or just a practice shot unreal

I can't believe the NFL hasn't stopped this bullshit. First, the coaches are idiots. The kicker always, unless it's a real long one, makes the 2nd one. It's like giving a pro golfer 2 shots from 120 yards.

NFL can stop this easily. Once the umpire places the ball and backs up, no timeouts on field goals only.

What's more frustrating is in Madden when you are playing and set up as field goal block, but the offense stays on the field and you have to waste a time out to get your special teams off and secondary back on. Then they just end up kicking field goal anyways!
