This books caters mainly to soccer bettors I believe, and they only take Hong Kong players only if I remember correctly.

HKJC = Hong Kong Jockey Club
National totalisator system for the Hong Kong Jockey Club (i.e Hong Kong horse racing). State run book (including soccer) and the only legal form of wagering for the locals.
