LOL Washington wins this game. The rams are a joke. That being said I can see this being a 10 point game at the end of it. It should end up something like 24 to 7 but we all know stupid things happen once the game starts.

Skins have one of the top defenses in the NFL. Haynesworth will be in the backfield allllll day. Redskins offense is shaky, and its a lot of points, but I think Portis opens things up just enough to cover.

my goodness have u seen the rams play yet? they have one weapon and he is the running back and unfortunately they have a passing coach with a shitty QB and shitty recievers. Jackson is useless on this team with this nitwit coach.

St. Louis surprised them last year, maybe they will do it again?

I'm a long-time Redskins fan, and I didn't take them because I'm skeptical that they can cover. They just don't have an explosive offense. Jason Campbell hasn't proven that he can consistently throw deep, and other than Santana Moss they don't have a WR who can really stretch the field. When Moss draws a double-team, they're more likely to hit Randle El across the middle, or maybe Cooley, or one of the new WRs on a 10-yard. Oh, the Skins are trying to throw long, but not with much success. I think their best chance to beat the spread is for Portis to finally break loose, maybe a pick-6.

Coach Zorn is taking a lot of grief for conservative playcalling, and there's a lot of truth to that, but it looks to me like the Redskins' offense is not nearly as good as advertised. Jason Cambpell is an average quarterback -- above average ability to run and a strong arm, but below average ability to move in the pocket, not much ability to throw deep. Also doesn't sell play action well, in my opinion. The Redskins' offense is going to continue to struggle. I'll be interested to see what the over/under is on their game against Detroit.

If I said I wasn't drunk would it matter. As it turns out I had forgotten about the Little QB change for philly. But what the hell Oakland won the game outright for me which became my best bet. I was almost choking as I also took Washington on the ML which was getting very very scary at -485.

Absolutely right. We'll see next week. The Redskins were somber after the game and got booed as they left the field. Lots of talk about Zorn's job being on the line. They've got an opportunity next week to try to score some points against Detroit. If they're ever going to be a team that scores points, they've got this week to figure it out.
