Does anyone knows if it's possible for the costumers to slap with a Lawsuit those betting sites which cheat players ? I'm sure those offshore companies makes tons of money a year and have power and influence in the countries they are based, however, we as a players don't have basically any rights ?
Maybe we (the players) should have an international organization, pay a monthly fee kinda insurance type ($5-10) and if a problem occur we can have a legal team to go after them, have the chance for a Class Action Lawsuit, etc
Let aside my own problems with a withdraw, I heard cases of people having their account closed and the money confiscated (Betfair) with no explanation. Even if is 200 Euro and it doesn't seem much, this is TEFT and from someone living in Albania or Bulgaria 200 Euros could represent weeks of work.
Those betting sites are worst then Mafia...they make you march thru hell in order to get a lousy $1000...how about finding a way to have them hit with penalties every time they don't honour their part of the contract ? I mean selling or buying stuff on the freaking Ebay is more regulated and have more transparency then those betting companies.
Any ideas ?
