It's not Stiff Brees'es fault, he plays well enough, but the defense will let him down. As for today, I suspect that the Eagles defense will stop the Saints a little bit, but the Saints defense will have to match the effort against the Kolb dude. This should be an easy win for the Saints even in Philly, but I suspect that the defense will let the Saints down before the offensive output will.

No such thing. The Saints probably do win this one in a very close game but philly is tough at home when their back is against the wall.

Eagles will win this game. If Stafford can put 28 points on Saints Kolb can put more with more weapons. And the Eagle defense will shut out Brees. Saints lose half of their offensive power when playing outdoors.

stafford put up 14 points. Anyways saints defense much improved, eagles defense is a little down this year and colb will have to throw too many times to stay in the game and that will be their demise.

Think it's more about Westbrook, Eagles superior defense, and the game being in Philly. Kolb just has to manage the game, it's not on his shoulders to win and he won't be asked to do too much if the Eagles are executing on both sides of the ball.

I like the Eagles also. I think their defense will come to the plate and play very well today. I would for sure take the Eagles in a teaser and you will get more points to add to it.

Phille has more secondary problems that you think. I believe they are going to miss Dawkins...at least early in the year. That's not a good thing against the Saints. The Eagles secondary was helped by several poor throws from the Panthers. The Saints defense is improved and is okay against a ground attack, but can be had through the air.

Kevin Kolb has 7 turnovers and Zero Td's in his NFL career. Even if he's just asked to manage the game he won't be able to do it. The Eagles playbook will be watered down and the Saints will focus on Westbrook and make Kolb beat him. He won't be able to and we'll see Jeff Garcia after halftime.

Even on the road, I believe the Saints are the play here. I see the Saints being able to score, I'm not so sure the Eagles can keep up.

the saints remind me of the patriots of two seasons ago; their defense isnt great, but i think they can outscore anybody
