I guess I am the only one thinking Gophers will get stomped tomorrow. They played 2 half ass teams so far this year and needed come from behind wins to just sneak past. I think Cal will completely destroy them tomorrow. I just don't see how Gophers find enough defense to be able to stop the Bears attack. The only edge the Gophers have is the early start. It will be like a 9 am start for Cal, they may be sleep walking early. If you like Gophers you should play 1st half IMO.

It's crazy how similar this game is to last years Cal @ MD contest. MD coming off of two games where they struggled and Cal coming off of two wins where they looked very good. Cal flies to the East time zone with a line of -14 and loses outright. Huge game for Minnesota and it's the home opener. They play tough enough defense to keep this well within the number in my opinion. I don't think Best continues to run for 10 yards per carry.

This game might get ugly, Gophers offense hasn't looked good as they barely beat a horrible Syracuse team in ot and their defense bailed them out to beat Air Force at home in their new stadium. Big key for the Gophers is Weber and Decker must be on the same page and have a huge game. From Minnesota and I thought their offense should of put up big points against Syracuse & Air Force and it didn't happen. California is a huge step up and the Gophers haven't seen talent and speed like Cal. It could be a long afternoon as Cal could put up 40 easily today.
