Waiter beats be to the bathroom by a few seconds, I'm outside the door... waiting !

I can hear him pissing into the urinal, then a flush, and he's exiting. I know he didn't wash his hands, no time to do so. Urinal is still swirling water around, when I go in.

I know the owner a bit, but don't want to rat the guy out.

Makes me not want to eat there again !

Many places have sensored on/off swithes.

I'm not a picky bitch about this stuff by any means as a customer. But if it is something that you think is inappropriate I bet his boss would like to know.

Think of it this way. If you ran a restaurant and your employees are trained to wash their hands and are not doing it. Wouldn't you want to know to maintain the integrity of your rules and service?

valid enough argument... but these are actual Mexicans that work there, for the most part.

I've been to Mexico, they don't flush a toilet there, until the someone takes a dump. I can understand that....with bad plumbing and water being more valuable there.

I doubt the waiter is washing his hands in the kitchen because of doorknob contamination.

Sadly, this type of stuff is common everywhere. How often does a foodhandler touch filthy money, then food, w/o a handwash....esp. when busy ?

You can be damn sure this place "recycles" salsa and chips, IMO ! It's a very small chain ( family owned) with locations in CT and Oregon ( of all places to put a Mexican restaurant ! ), maybe a 12-15 locations ?

Food has always been good, but I want to see "Pedro" wash his ****ing hands, after he takes a leak.

Doubt I'll go back, after what I witnessed. Restaurant was dead at this time, also... no excuse for a foodhandler to not wash hands, IMO !

I always washed my hands after handling money, no matter how busy, when I was a bartender....you can ****ing wait for your drink !
