I like the Phillies tonight on the RL but am having trouble pulling the trigger.
The Phils are 28-15 against LHP's.
Nats are 10-22 against LHP's.
The Phils have outscord the Nats 11-1 this series.
Hamels was 3-1 with a 0.39 ERA in 7 previous starts against the Nats.
Hames is 6-3 with a 2.41 ERA in his career against the Nats.
Detwiler is 0-5 with a 6.17 ERA this year.
Detwiler gave up 5 runs in his only start against the Phils this year.
In Detwiler's start against the Phils, the Phils won the game by 1 run with Happ pitching.
Last time Hamels faced the Nats he gave up 6 runs, won the game 9-6 but this was in May when Hamels was struggling.
Hamels has been good in 3 of his last 4 starts.
In 10 games this year the Phils are 9-1 against the Nats and in those 9 wins beat the Nats by more than one run 7 out of the 9 wins.
The Phils should win this game big but it seems to easy. I'm in a funk right now and with the way things have been going I'm second guessing myself big time.
Need input, please.............
