Antebellum/Carolina style pulled pork sammich, baked beans and fried okra. Gonna wash it down with a lil sweet tea. All in honour of the bigot rednecks down South.

Goin with the 3 roll combo today for lunch... Started the day with a nice bowl of Kashi cereal, then I'm meeting a friend for sushi and gonna get the spicy tuna, crab crunch, and eel special, with a bowl of miso soup and a diet pepsi. Then have another bowl of kashi around 4, hit the gym at 630, then hopefully get my freak nasty on around 830 or so... Might take me til 9 to get her lubed up though...
Been in the gym for 4 weeks straight and I feel awesome...

Buz do you take any NO supplements? I am going to take some stuff called SAN tight to try and cut some weight, along with ISOpure no carb whey... Thinking about adding NO in 2-3 months after staying at it..

Maj, I loathe the supplement industry and how it preys on newbies. You don't need supplements. You need to eat a good amount of nutritional foods (eggs, fish, steaks, milk, lamb, chicken, potatoes, oats, salads, fruits, etc) and focus on lifting heavy (full body) with a handful of basic exercises (squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, pullups, dips). Add weight to the bar every time you go to the gym, if you can. Read up on Starting Strength.
Do THAT and save your money for the greek.
If you want to cut fat, once again, no need for supps. Hit the road and do some sprints. Create a caloric deficit.

Buz, I am eliminating carbs as much as possible, eating a lot of protein but also staying balanced. I am doing 4-5 days of 30 minutes of cardio plus 3 days of weights. I have lost ZERO weight in 4 weeks... Kind of frustrating...

Then you are not creating a caloric deficit. Cut your calories by 500 per day over the next week and watch what happens.

Also, pal, carbs aren't your enemy. You need carbs for energy, baby. Try this for 6 months, whilst creating a caloric deficit till you are at a pleasureable level of leanness, then switch to a slight caloric surplus (largely from steak or milk).
Run by your doc first though. Get a physical.
Sunday: Deadlifts with as much weight as you can handle for 5 reps, after a good few warmup sets of ramping the weight, supersetted with weighted dips with as much as you can handle for 8 reps. Repeat the work sets after 5 minutes rest. Go home.
Monday: sprints
Tuesday: sprints
Wednesday: Breathing Squats (20 rep set with as much weight as you can handle) after a good warm up. Rest 5 minutes. Overhead Press, 2 work sets with as much weight as you can handle for 6 good reps.
Thursday: run some hills.
Friday: chill.
Satdy: chill.
Post pics on Valentine's day, future stud!

God damn, I'd give my left one to be able to eat fried okra again.
Sliced ham, Provolone cheese and Tomato soup here.

I have been doing back and bi's one day, tri's and shoulders other day, legs and chest other day...
Been mixing it up too...
I think I am at a caloric deficit, I am eating easily 1/3 less than I was before on top of eating 10X healthier...

Only if I may finish it off with some RC Cola and a good Red Man chew.
