MADDEN 10 for PS3 Online Franchise...Looking for a few serious players

If any of you have a PS3 and Madden 2010......I currently am commissioner of a league with about 14 serious players in it.....The rest are cpu teams....
If your interested in joining our league we're in week 7 right now of the 1st season.
And we advance 3 times a week......So we will be playing multiple seasons/drafts...

We advance every MONDAY MORNING, WEDNESDAY NIGHT, and SATURDAY MORNING.

Could you clue me in on how an online franchise works?
Like how many games per week do you play? Is it just 1 and you set up a time with your opponent? I noticed you said the league advances 3 times per week, does that mean 3 games? 1 between mon-wed, 1 wed-fri, 1 sat-sun?

I've played single online games and an offline franchise. I play Madden about 10 hours a week after 11pm est, I'd just like to know how much time I'd need to commit per week, since I have kids and I'm in night school.
