All 3 of his starts this year were no decisions and he isn't the same pitcher who dominated the Reds anymore.

I agree with Gummo regarding Oswalt, no doubt about that. Only thing is the Reds haven't been good value against him even on his off days and at prices a lot better than the +135 to +140 you might still find. Like the Under as well but not playing it, holding out the Pads can beat Haren tonight.
