          Here is my story.
I wanted to withdraw XXX Euro. I send ID copy.

After 15 days of "validating" and "not answering", I sent them a mail, and told that is unprofessional what they are doing there.

Day after they answered: "We closed your account"

          Why?

Another day after they answered :"Beacuse entering wrong DATE OF BIRTH during the registration"

Hm, I said to myself, CAN NOT be. But I am only human, maybe i really did a mistake.Maybe I entered wrong date of birthday.

          Although

          1) Why they need 15 days to compare 2 dates from ID and in their DB ? Hmmmmmmm
          2) They answered and closed my account immediatly , after I told them , they are unprofessional
          3) After registration YOU CAN'T see NO WHERE in the personal details, your DATE of Birth. So You never can be sure, what You have entered. And they can use it against you, whenever they liked it (or need money)

          4) I saw many other examples and compalints on Internet , where players had reported the same ISSUE (wrong Day of Birth). Come on guys, it can't be, that ALL of them entered wrong date ???

          5) But now comes the BEST.

I remebered that once i fogot the security answer (needed to make a payout), and they requested following Info: Name, Street and Day of Birth.
I sent them all 3 Infos, and they provided me my forgoten security answer. (nobody complaimed about Birthday)

SO at this time the DATE WAS OK, and some time later, after i wanted to make my fisrt withdrawal , THE DATE IS WRONG.

          Isn't funny ?

I think they forgot this, when they tried to betray me...

(I have all this mail, which can prove this)

I told them all this, and day after, they said they will make payout.
I am still waiting for the money and the account is still closed...

Hard to believe, but BWIN cheats.

          Moderator, why bwin has C-.

          Is too much for them.

          They are cheatars 100%.

            Amazing.
A friend of mine is operating a big website with many European users, I would ask him to post about this so many users would know about it.

I also suggest to post this in Talkgold.com, they have many Asian clients there and they also complained many times, as far as I see by running a quick Google search.

Unbelievable this company is closing accounts and using false excuses to keep them closed because of the reasons mentioned in the blog:

Don't worry people of the world, when we all will unite we will bring Bwin wire fraud money laundering operation down on their knees, there is no scam on earth that can't be detected. But Bwin is run by two already jailed in the past fraudsters (more info on my blog http://www.mkapital.com/fraudBwin/ ) with much experience in scam and fraud. Gibraltar Gambling commission is a piss regulator when it comes to regulate. Also Bwin uses experienced lawyers team who protect this fraud going on, there are so many holes in the law that smart Bwin boys know and trick it. They even cheat ********** and **** payment processing and steal money with their help, where credit card companies doesn't even realize it. They stole from me 736eur in June 2009, but I didn't give up, my connections are mostly in hedge funds world, I let my friends know about Bwin's stock that is publicly traded and the stock is already shorted. It's only the beginning, my money I doubt I will ever see, but watching Bwin's financial collapse will more than reward my 736eur I won from them.
I am organizing lawsuit against them, if you money were stolen too, contact me urgently!

Bwin, Bet365, Stan James and such..

Definetely, these books are not for Professional Players. These books limit you if you win too much. Customer service is horrible. I got Betfair, Matchbook, 5Dimes, TheGreek, Betjamaica and I'm very happy with these books.

Indeed, but please note the guy above isn't complaining about limitation, rather, he complains about BWIN itself doesn't payout its clients and closing accounts for no reason, and even when clients ask why, they do reply "for security reasons" and they don't disclose further information.

That's very suspicious and could be fraudulent.

Post new thread about it, old threads are less watched than new.
It is very informative to read about BWIN scam or just search on Google for BWIN scam, but I suggest you post new thread about your case.
Nobody is gonna help you, your money are at a sole discretion of BWIN, if they will steal it, nothing you can do and nothing you can proof. BWIN is criminal run by criminals.

                        Trust,

I've had a 100% success rate working with Bwin. In a vast majority of the cases, they handled things fine.

If you're owed by Bwin, you'll get paid.

I doubt it, with so many reports on SBR about BWIN stealing money, they will not even listen to you. How come you can help, if after each new thread about BWIN scam they lose a lot of new business, it would be masochistic if after hitted in head they would ask for more. But your ratings really suck about BWIN, MANSION, BET365 and your top advertisers also have problems paying players or not paying at all. All this online industry is worth shit, it is run by criminals, junkies and regulators are the same criminals as the casino they give a license to, **** this offshore crooks, they must be catched and killed.

I can only comment on the cases where players filed complaints. In every one of those, either the player was paid, or Bwin showed conclusive proof of player fraud.

If you have an issue with them, I'll be happy to look into it.

I agree - in 100% of the cases where a player defrauded Sportbet, I did not get that player paid.
