Bankroll was 300 bucks.. Yes, I agree.. man, things happen on there so fast when you see a good number you have to jump on it in seconds.. Will be more careful in future and chalk this up to being human

The only issue I have noticed with Matchy is I have had a couple wagers that were both winners and losers that simply were never graded as a win or loss. It wasn't much and it has worked out in my favor. So they do have software issues but I've yet to see a wager canceled or changed.

Good attitude, Dan. Betting the wrong side is a very frustrating thing no matter whose fault it is. It sounds like MB took your inquiry seriously and you'll be good going forward. Don't forget those screenshots!

        Best of luck.

Yes, they certainly did.. For the most part, the customer service handled things to the best of their ability.. obviously, they would not make money if they refunded everyone's screw ups.. I will get it back in no time About to re-up.. Shame is you get no bonus here but it more than makes up for it in all of the morons who put outrageous bets up there.. easy money

i don't live bet there but I would guess it would be treacherous

For instance, if you match an offer and miss out on it, and then decide you'll take a slightly worse line, and adjust the odds in your offer box - you will sometimes get DOUBLE the amount you want - because your automatic hanging offer and new match go through simultaneously

not the greatest software for an exchange

sounds like youre getting confused with what box goes with what button.

you probably made offers you didnt realize you made. or confused laying a bet with accepting someone else's offer.

            good luck

no i've been playing with matchy, making and accepting dozens of offers a day, for a couple of years

if you try to accept an offer, and the offer disappears, you automatically have an offer equivalent to the amount of your accepting that didn't get accepted.

If you go to your offer and decide "ok I'll just take the rest of it at the next-best line" and hit submit, and your offer at the original odds happened to get matched a moment after it was up (which happens all the time close to game time), you can wind up with double what you wanted on the game

I too often make mistakes in life betting "in the heat of the battle". Not an easy game that way. Great when you win your mistakes though, that part is double fun!

Danthaman, while it probably won't make you feel any better, the same thing happened to me when I first began live trading.

The software didn't change your bets or the odds.

The reason why you were matched at odds different than what you requested is because you mistakenly took the wrong side and the odds were different on the other side.

You are 100% correct that there is great money to be made trading live once you get the hang of calculating odds on the fly.

It is far easier to make money live trading than betting the regular way (before the game starts).

My advice to you would be to take your time when trading live even in the heat of battle. There will be times where you'll try to enter orders very quickly and until you gain the experience, you're likely to make mistakes.

It looks like you have realized once you begin live game wagering, you'll never go back to mainly betting pregame.

Good luck to you going forward.
