New Jersey town finds marijuana growing on High St.

Residents of a New Jersey town have found what appear to be marijuana plants growing in a basket along High St.
Onlookers in Millville, New Jersey, a town of about 27,000 people roughly an hour from Atlantic City, noticed a strange-looking plant poking out of a flower basket on Tuesday, the Press of Atlantic City reported.
It appeared to be marijuana - and, after all, it was growing on High St. Flower baskets hang from many of the lamp posts along High Street, though no others had suspicious-looking plants growing out of them. Police removed the plants on Tuesday.
The flower baskets are maintained by the city's Parks and Recreation Department.
Officials at the department could not be reached for comment, and Police Capt. Tom Romanishin would not comment.
