When you do a charge back, you are telling your credit card that you never made a specific charge. If you made this charge and you falsely dispute it, you are committing fraud. This could be anything from run of the mill fraud to bank/wire fraud, which is prosecuted, is very bad. I know of at least one book that is trying to get prosecutors to pursue this, even for sportsbook deposits. Regardless of whether the cc transaction is legal, if you falsely tell your bank you didn't make this charge, you are a fraud.
There are other costs as well. If you have done unjustified chargebacks, your identity goes into a database that Sportsbooks share. I have seen several cases where a player with a prior ********** makes a deposit, and a DIFFERENT sportsbook cancels the deposit later due to that player's history. If a player has conducted fraudulent chargebacks, I'm inclined to give a book pretty wide latitude, even so far as canceling wagers where games have already begun.

How about studying some stats, games, teams whatever and picking a few winners so you do not have to cheat?

Actually you got to give Onner credit, he lost over two dimes to CW in a single summer and paid up like a man. He lost so much that the last time he hit the settle figure Ben squared his books for free, just because of how much money he'd already given them. This was a retarded thread for Onner to start just for attention, but he's a man that honors his debts in my experience with him.

Yeah, that's basically the point I was trying to make. You don't always have the best image on here, unabatedly flaunting your obsession with the more washed-up posters, but you handle your business like a man.

Pay your debts........don't be an azz
That said, you can not get in any trouble for doing a ********** from a sportsbook. Don't believe the BS about being prosecuted. Authorities are more interested in stopping cc transactions to sportsbooks than stopping chargebacks. I have no idea why books take CC's.........they have no recourse to stop chargebacks. Happens all the time and the books get screwed.
