Best Capper?

Just a question a question that crossed my mind readin some other threads.

Who does youbelieve is the best or at minimum top 3 in cappers.

I do not have an opinion but, I have a thought as to what would make a good capper.
I do not necessarily think that the win loss record is the only determining factor.
Honesty
Integrity
some explination as to why they have made the pick

Win/Loss of course plays a part because a losing record will get a "sour" look but everyone has a loss and some have a streak just like winning.

Anyone who does this for a living with no other income is a good capper. A lot of good cappers don't post picks on here, add a little here and there and pretty much keep to themselves. From those who post I love Justin7 when he makes a play, it is usually pretty solid.

More relevant questions would be:

1. Does a particular handicapper win?
2. Can you win following a particular handicapper?

Find handicappers that you can answer yes/yes to and you're all set. Doesn't matter who is better than who.
