    Best Chase System-only for Chasers
I know from reading through some forums that there are people who really believe in a chase system and others who are completely opposed. For those who like a chase system my question is:

In your opinion which chase system do you feel is the best? in which sport?
And what is your strategy for good money management?

Hopefully we can get a good resource of answers for everyone in these forums.

Asking a question like this and posting it in the Think Tank is likely to get you flamed or no responses. You might try Player Talk, as you would get a lot more response and/or MLB, as you find many chase "systems" there. There are also plenty of threads amount the JM systems, which are all chases...

    Good luck to you...

Read as many threads in the Think Tank as you can. Learn what EV is. Then try to answer the following question:

If you only make -EV bets, can any chase system be profitable long term?

If you can successfully answer that, it will save you alot of money.

A chase system can be profitable if you keep getting lucky. If every bet is +EV there is no need to chase, the bankroll will magically grow.

If you must chase bet, never give up juice to do it. Paying juice of -170 or more = 16 unit loss per series minimum. Compare that to 8 unit loss for even or close to it.

And STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING RELATED TO JAMES MORRISON

YOur bold statement is wrong. You fade the JM material.... it's like falling into money.

We know why people doesnt like chase system...

But why cant we who belive in them discuss it without evry comments ev- ev-....

You can find series that will be ev+ and still evry single bet is ev-

And arguments that say if bet is ev+ then will BR grow: Yes, but it will still grow faster with chase betting

Lots of the people here have no clue what EV+/- is and have "nowhatsoever" statistical education.

Lets find some good/bad chase betting series - and test them out
