Might be smart to fade BTP plays at a book
That way if you go 3-1 in BTP you win money, if you go 1-3 you still win money because you went 3-1 at book...

In past years, from week 3 on, more than half my BTP plays were also real bets. Now that we can play totals in BTP, it should be close to 100%.
First 2 weeks, I am just throwing darts for my BTP picks and not backing them with money.

No, I usually make only a couple of plays a day at the most. Of the 4 picks in the contest I only bet on the Vikings.

I think a lot of guys take the first few weeks off.
This year a few players have said they are waiting to see how the Prick starts and looking for a +110 line if he hits. If the prick goes 3-0 with his Best Bet moneyball and you get a few cents on him, he can still be beat.

I'm pretty screwed already with the Panthers using them in Beat the Prick and betting them. Even if they come back, then it would blow my pick on the under so I'm hosed either way. Might end up as bad as The Prick this week

Yeppers, bet 'em all, always do in the contests with a low amount of picks (BTP, Pick3 etc) - Never back them all when it's a pick 30 or something lol
