I dont get to bet like i liked to because i really dont have the means.
1. local laws are very strict on offshore betting. They have it ranked just barely below child porn. and the state even prevents winning cash prizes online. ( washington state )
2. no local. dont even know how to find one and not even sure if a "major" city like Portland, or would even have a big bettting scene.
3. local lottery got rid of the nfl parlay bets they had. sure it was shit for lines and not the best thing, but it was still nice to go get the lines and buy a few tickets.
