I live in CT. It's been raining buckets since yesterday. UCONN is a well coached, defensive team. Under good conditions, I had UNC beating them by a touchdown.

The under has lost some value as it is down to 41(BTJ),I had seen it as high as 44 during the week, but I am leaning to the under due to a sloppy day and UCONN's overall need to be a grind it out team this year.
