Arkansas at Nebraska line moves????

I am trying to get a hold of this game.

Nebraska is hosting Arkansas St. The Line opened at -24 now it is at -21

Anybody know why this line moved so much this way? Nebraska has no injuries and demolished FAU 49-3.

How can Vegas move the line this much? Are people really betting on Ark State?

This is the biggest mover of the week I just dont get it anybody got any ideaS?

Nobody has opinion about this game? Should I be worried if I bet Nebraska if it keeps moving???? I got it when it opened because I thought they would move it off the -24 fast to like -24.5 or -25, but I was way wrong they moved it to -21?
