Costa Rica Sportsbooks regulated?

Does anyone know if there is a licensing authority/ govt agency in Costa Rica who regulates the online gambline business there? Need to try and report Scam Sportsbook BOOKTHEBET. Thanks

This is what BOOKTHEBET Says. So since they wont pay I need to find this "authority"

There may very well be laws in Costa Rica regulating sportsbooks, but it doesn't matter, they aren't enforced by anyone.

There is no one you can go too. SBR is your best resource, but from what I've heard about bookthebet, you are probably screwed. You essentially have no legal recourse there. The legal system is way different from what I'm sure you are used to at home. Costa Rica is a very progressive country, but for situations like this it's all too typical latin america in that your money is probably gone and no one will do anything about it.

There is no such thing as a Costa Rican gaming license, there is no gaming commission. It doesn't exist, they are outright lying. There is little to nothing you can do. Not even SBR can help you. Sorry.
