Anyone else having a strange night betting?

I have ended my baseball thread for year...

But I am still making small entertainment bets...

First play was Phillies...ok down 8-2 in 9th...score 5, Howard up men on 1st and 3rd down 8-7 in 9th hits into a doubleplay to lose game...

Next ok...figured the Steeler game would be a tight one...why not take first score +125 a field goal...ok... so I did.

What happens Titans kicker misses a 37yd FG and then later gets only the second fg of his career blocked out of 132 from under 40 yds! Steelers score a td on next drive...

Ok next Lackey/Roland-Smith(Mariners who never score/Angels) nice pitching matchup...why not a little chasing here... lets go under 4 for the FF (first five).... Ok Hunter hits two run homer in forth...2-0 after five and the bleeding stops... get the winner finally on the third game...

Crazy night....thought for a minute there it was a start of a losing streak... but alls well that ends well... Hope everyone is doing well....

I feel you. I had GT 1st quarter, 3rd and 4th quarter and the game. They go up 21 points and was cruising, then they abandon the run and let Clemson come out in the 3rd and catch up, which I lost. Then in the 4th they pushed but I had them -1/2, plus they lose the game line. Unfreakingbelievable...

Then I took Stoolers -6.5 and Hines Ward catches a pass near the goal line to go in for a last second TD with the score tied and he gets the ball stripped at the goal line and now there going in overtime. -6.5 in OT is fukking dead.

2 very bad beats tonight to go with last weekend. Dammit.

About the Steelers... I saw everyone taking the Steelers -6.5 and backed off... I almost went ML...but passed... Game in ot now....

Now the last strange part... While singing anthem.. Connick Jr. I decide what the hell Steelers ML... As i refresh page line drops from -300 to -275.... so I decide to pass... Oh well...strange night indeed!

Nothing strange about those situations you mentioned, but having a wager on an event makes one believe it to be a strange occurence.

Try watching a game you have no action on and see if you feel the same way, you likely wont.

Strange things happen in sports every day but are merely trivial and mildly entertaining when you aren't betting, when you are you feel like pulling your hair out.
