Shooter, I understand where you are coming from and in a vacuum this may all seem a bit unfair. (Although I'm not sure how you justify a 1500 point purchase when you owe over 300 points to your customers)

However, this particular poster has been one of the most unlikeable characters to grace this forum since I've been a member. In short, he is getting everything he deserves imo.

This is hilarious, but it is "buyer beware" when betting for points on the forum. They created a software that allows you to "post up" points and be paid automatically and without fear of being stiffed.

Unfortunately SBR has to pay the guy his gift cards, otherwise it would be a mess if they can pick and choose who is eligible to receive products from the store.

I refer back a few posts to one made by onthewhat who was spot-on about the fact SBR will honor his SBR Store purchase. I understand the principal of the matter, but then is it really worth it in the long run?

I have also asked for a posters pico, robmpink and taco max to form a sort of three-headed commission on the matter and report back to me who is owed how much, with possible punitive damages. If it takes me paying back via my own points, all posters that are legitimately owed will be paid.
