If, say, Justin Fargas spoke out against the team and dicked around at practice like Brandon Marshall did, and then reports came out that Al Davis was trying to lock him up long term, NOBODY and I mean NOBODY would shut up about how stupid Al Davis is and how pathetic the Raiders organization is.

Yet this is a non-story because it isn't the Raiders.
