Yes the flash floods have caused alot of destruction and killed 30 and injured many people but its mainly in the outskirts of the city.

Most tourists go to the historic old city, around Sultanahmet district, those areas didn't suffer from the floods and the areas were the floods happened arn't touristic destinations so hopefully they should be fine bro.
